Peacefully at the Ottawa Civic Hospital on Wednesday, June 5, 2002. Survived by her son Macmohana "Mac" (fiancee Heather) and husband Avtar S. Virdy. Sister of Anoop Buckshi (Hennie), Hardeep Buckshi (Rushi), Kulwant, Balbir (Jatinder) and Matinder (Satwinder). Daughter of Surinder and the late Kishan S. Buckshi. Friends may visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street, on Thursday, June 6 from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Friday, June 7 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Service (Bhog) at the Sikh Temple, 25 Gurdwara Road, Nepean will be held on Sunday, June 9, 2002 at 5:30 p.m. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
