Suddenly, at age 57, June 6, 2002. Beloved father of Lianne Jodi and Russell Hyman, father-in-law to be of Tony Harris. Survived by brothers Leslie and Stephen Laing of Montreal, sister Carol Fogel of Montreal, brother Lawrence (Corky) Laing of Toronto, sister-in-law Jeannie and brother-in-law Marty Fogel. Son of the late Hyman and the Late Sarah Laing. Cherished uncle to Lillian, Alana, Kenny and Jill, Jay and Akiko, Corey and Lauren, Elana, Kristofer, Erin and Colin. Will be missed by former wife Agnes Laing and special friend Marla Steinfeld. Funeral services to be held Sunday afternoon at 2:45 p.m. in Montreal at Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West.
