(nee Polmateer) At Colonel By Residence, June 7, 2002 in her 85th year. Laura Mae McKeen, long-time resident of the Glebe. Beloved wife of the late Harold Ernest McKeen. Together they worked at the McKeen Glebe IGA for many years, retiring from the business in the early 1980s. Dear mother of Douglas (Claudia), David and James (Christine). Sister of Eileen (Don) Westman and the late Ruth (MacDonald) and the late Viola (Wilkinson). Cherished Nanny of Martha, Brandon, Rebecca, Emma and Sheila. Friends may visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street on Sunday, June 9th and Monday June 10th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Dominion Chalmers United Church, 355 Cooper St. on Tuesday, June 11th at 1 p.m. Interment Pinecrest Cemetery.
