Peacefully at Woodland Villa, Long Sault, on June 11th in her 100th year. Formerly of Chesterville. Dear aunt of Eleanor Smith and Paul (Lois) Barkley. Predeceased by her sister Gladys Barkley, parents Bertha and George Weegar, and stepfather Archie Black. Also survived by three great-nieces, four great-nephews, six great-great nieces and five great-great nephews. Teacher from 1923 to 1963 in Chesterville and Kent Street, Ottawa. Friends may pay their respects at the Chesterville Funeral Home, 62 Queen Street, Chesterville, on Friday June 14th from 9 to 11 a.m. The service will follow in the Chapel of the Funeral Home at 11 a.m. with Reverend Bert de Bruijn officiating. Burial to follow at Maple Ridge Cemetery. At the family's request, donations may be made to the Winchester District Memorial Hospital or the St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Chesterville.
