At the Gatineau Memorial Hospital, Wakefield, on Thursday, June 12, 2002, Eddy David Smout at age 54 years. He leaves behind Debbie Peck and his children Donna Smout and Brent, George, David, Frank, Darlene and Jimmy. Dear brother of Raymond Smout (Ida) and Beatrice Lanthier, all of Vars. Predeceased by his parents George Smout and Rosalie Marcel. Friends may visit at the Memorial Funeral Home of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 584 Somerset Street West, Ottawa on Monday, June 17th from 6 to 8 p.m. Graveside service to be held at Trinity Anglican Church Cemetery, 8785 Russell Road, Bearbrook on Tuesday, June 18th at 3 p.m. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
