After a lengthy battle with cancer on Thursday, June 13, 2002 at the age of 81. Waclaw Motyka, beloved husband of Anna. Predeceased by his son Jerry. Dear brother of Veronica, Todzia and Gienek. Fondly remembered by many other friends and relatives. Friends may call at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 235 Kent Street from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday. Prayers at 8:00 p.m. Sunday. Funeral Mass Monday at 1:00 p.m. in St. Hyacinth Church (Louisa & Lebreton Sts). Interment Notre Dame Cemetery. Donations tot he Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
