(nee Cole) Peacefully at home in Ottawa on Sunday, June 16, 2002. Wife of the late William Francis Chafe. Survived by her sons Frederick and William (Teresa). Loving grandmother of Stephanie, Alison and Heather (Olin). Remembered by numerous family members in Newfoundland. There will be no visitation.
