Peacefully on Sunday, June 16, 2002 in her 85th year. Mary Lucinda Nixon beloved wife of the late Ervin Lloyd Hunt of Osgoode. Precious sister of Grace Morris, Cecil Nixon and Doreen Porteous, all predeceased. She leaves her sister-in-law Margaret Nixon and half-brother Keith Webster. A very special aunt to 11 nieces, nephews and their families. Mary was a very special and committed person to her church, lodge, quilting group, seniors' drop-in centre, and community. She was a born servant and a blessing to all who had the privilege of knowing her. Friends will be received at the Lee Cummings Funeral Home, North Gower, on Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday in St. Pauls Anglican Church, Osgoode. Interment Elmview Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association, Heart & Stroke Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. The Ottawa Citizen, 17-06-2002
