Loving father of Taylor Devlin (Brenda) of Manchester, England and Christine Devlin of Orleans. Dear grandfather of Matthew Devlin of Manchester, England. Predeceased by brother Jack and sisters Eva and Margaret. Visitation will be held at the Grant Brown Funeral Home Purcell Chapel, Spencerville on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of the Funeral Home on Monday at 11:00 a.m. Interment of cremated remains Spencerville Union Cemetery.
