Joyce LANGTON

(nee Langton) Passed away peacefully at St. Vincent Hospital on June 21, 2002 in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Suzor Greaves. She will be sadly missed by her long time friend and sister-in-law Olive Langton. Cherished aunt of Karen Langton and Steve (Marion) Langton. Greatly missed by grandnephew Christopher and grandniece Stephanie Langton (the Langton family resides in Edmonton). Held close to the heart by her friends in Ottawa, Kathy McNeil and Garrie Bea Joyce. She leaves behind her devoted companion "Smudge." Her passions were music, bridge, her Church and the love of animals. Joyce was a long time member of the Harmelodic Music Club. She was a devoted supporter of St. Matthias Anglican Church and the Ottawa Humane Society. The family would like to express their appreciation for the exceptional care and compassion given by the entire staff of St. Vincent Hospital. She will miss them all. A Celebration of her life will be held at St. Matthias Anglican Church, 555 Parkdale Avenue, on Wednesday, June 26, 2002 at 1 p.m. Arrangements in care of the Memorial Funeral Home of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry. Donations, in lieu of flowers, would be appreciated and may be made to the Ottawa Humane Society, 101 Champagne Avenue South, Ottawa or St. Matthias Church, 555 Parkdale Avenue, Ottawa.
