Peacefully in hospital on Monday, June 24, 2002, Emma Dewan in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late Ernest Gauvin. Dear mother of John and Pauline. Predeceased by her brothers P. Michael, James and her sisters Mary O'Rourke, Annie, Alice and Margaret Dewan. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 235 Kent Street on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass Friday at 10:30 a.m. in St. Theresa's Church (Somerset Street at Cartier Street).
