Emily MACINNES

Miss Emily MacInnes of Chateau Cornwall and formerly of Martintown at the Cornwall General Hospital on Tuesday July 2, 2002 age 90 years. (Former teacher for many years at Cornwall Collegiate and Vocational School and Pembroke Secondary School). Loved sister to Miss Donna MacInnes of Maxville Manor and previously of Cornwall. Dear aunt to Nancy Davis of North Bay and great aunt to Shelley Timms of Toronto. Predeceased by her parents Donald MacInnes and Emily Sawle and by her brothers Stewart MacInnes and George MacInnes. To honour the previously expressed wishes of Emily there was no visitation. A private family graveside funeral was held in Greenwood Cemetery, Vankleek Hill on Thursday, July 4, 2002. Reverend Ian MacMillan of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, South Lancaster officiated. If so desired contributions to the St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church or the Martintown Womens Missionary Society would be appreciated by the family.
