Helen Barbara TISDALL

(nee Tisdall) Suddenly at home on July 10, 2002, after a long fought and courageous battle with anxiety and depression. Barb was born in Halifax, August 4, 1940 and lived a full and happy life in many parts of Canada, the US and the UK. She and Mike retired to Victoria in 1993. Until her recent illness she was active in Church activities and volunteer work. She leaves behind her husband Michael (Mike), brother Patrick Tisdall, sister-in-law Sherrill Dobb, cousins Elizabeth Turk and Jennifer Patriarche, and many nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Matthias Anglican Church, 600 Richmond Ave., Victoria on Tuesday July 16, at 2 p.m. Donations are suggested to the Land Conservancy of BC (Abkhazi Gardens Fund), 5793 Old West Saanich Road, Victoria, BC.
