Peacefully in hospital on July 14, 2002 at the age of 87. He is survived by his wife, Filomena Pereira Raposo. Devoted father of Eduarda Furtado, Delores (Joao De Melo) and Edward (Isabel Raposo). Cherished grandfather of Richard, Lucie, Teresa, Ashley, Debbie, Tommy, Billy, Susan and great-grandchildren Megan, Christina and Hope Madison. Family and friends may visit at the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 1200 Ogilvie Road, Tuesday 11 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 17 at 11 a.m. at Senhor Santo Cristo.
