Cherished father of Betty Ann (Jay) Gillespie of Bolingbroke. David (Brenda) Deacon of Bolingbroke. Son of the late Allan Raymond and Ida Deacon. Forever loved and worshipped by his grandchildren Cory and Erin Gillespie, Julia Elizabeth Deacon and several nieces and nephews. Brother of Freda Moodie of Bolingbroke. Friends will be received at Lyons Funeral Home, Westport Wednesday 7-9 p.m. and Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where a celebration of Gerald's life will be conducted Friday at 1:00 p.m. Interment Bolingbroke Cemetery.
