(Owner - Ed's Auto Body) Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family in hospital at Almonte on Wednesday, July 17, 2002. Ed Gosset of Almonte, age 72 years. Beloved husband of Therese Florent and dearly loved dad of Joe (Sally) of Kingston, Micheline Souliere (Martin) of Orleans, Marc (Lori) of Carleton Place, Luc (Laurie), Angela McArthur (Gord), John, and Lucie "Lauren Hall" Trowse (Shayne), all of Almonte. Brother of Eugene, Andre and Gerard. Predeceased by 3 brothers; Adrien, Jean-Louis and Jean-Marie. Also survived by 9 grandchildren and one great-grandson. Friends may call at the C.R. GAMBLE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 127 Church Street, Almonte for visiting on Friday 2 to 5 and from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. followed by Celebration of the Eucharist in Holy Name of Mary church, Almonte at 12 noon. Cremation to follow. Interment of cremated remains Ste. Felicite Cemetery, Clarence Creek. Donations in memory of Ed may be made to St. Mary Memorial fund and would be much appreciated.
