Eleanor Elizabeth CLARE

(nee Clare) Passed away peacefully at the Trillium Ridge Nursing Home, Kingston on Thursday July 25, 2002, at the age of 97. The second youngest of the seven children of the late Edwin H. and Elizabeth Florence (Dandy) Clare, she was predeceased by her devoted husband, Lynn Crossman, and her brothers: John Frederick, Walter E., William L. and Clifford H. and her sisters: Florence May (Maysie) McMillian and Alice A. Gordon. She is survived by her nieces and nephews: Florence MacKenzie (nee McMillian), Evelyn Clare, Kenneth Clare, Lloyd Clare, Dale Clare and Jane Miller (nee Gordon). A devoted aunt and great-aunt "Tenny" will be fondly remembered by Florence's children - Randy (and his children, Alexandra and Christopher), Sharon Hamilton (and her children, Taylor and Matthew), Scott and Donald; and Jane's children - Leigh (and his sons, Austin and Ayden) and Jamieson. A Memorial Service will be held at the Cassburn Cemetery on Wednesday, July 31, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. Friends desiring may contribute to the Alzheimer Society, CNIB or the charity of your choice.
