(nee Wood) At Ottawa on Wednesday, August 7, 2002 at the age of 89. Loving wife to the late Gordon Hiltz and the late Edward (Ted) Miall. Survived by her brother Brian Wood of Peterborough and her children; David of Tuscaloosa, Susan of Victoria, Linda of Orlando, Gordon of Windsor, Jerry of Manotick, Marilyn of Ottawa, Donald of Lethbridge and Greg of Frankville. She is also grandmother to twenty grandchildren. Former member of the Glebe Curling Club and the Ottawa Tennis and the Lawn Bowling Club. Peggy was a swimmer, a curler, a lawn bowler, a gardener and an avid bridge player. A private family service will be held at a later date.
