Peacefully in Almonte Country Haven at Almonte, Ontario on Saturday, August 10, 2002. Gerry Drummond in his 75th year. Dear son of the late William J. Drummond and his wife the late Mary Carey. Survived by his sister Edith Douglas of Guelph (Ron) and his brothers-in-law Ralph Merkley and Donald O'Donahue. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sisters Helen Merkley, Pearl Dummond, Muriel O'Donahue and brother Walter. Friends may call at the ALAN R. BARKER FUNERAL HOME 19 McArthur Avenue, Carleton Place on Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service to be held in the chapel on Tuesday at 2 p.m. with Reverend Blair Corcoran officiating.
