Elaine Thelma ARTHUR

Peacefully at the Medex Nursing Home on August 19th 2002 in her 77th year. Beloved wife of Jose Robert. Cherished mother of Joe Arthur (May) and Russell Duncan. Loving Nana to Sheila May and David William Holmes. Daughter of the late Margaret and Hilton Arthur. Dear sister of Margery Montreuil (John), Donald Arthur (June), Joan Frappier (Ian), and sister-in-law of Donna Ross (Alan). She will be missed by many nephews, nieces, and cousins. Elaine was a member of the Ottawa Civic Hospital's purchasing department from 1941 to 1956. In her later years she was a member of the Civic Hospital Auxiliary. Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Rd. (between Baseline and Bayshore Drive) on Friday, August 23, 2002 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel. Interment to follow at Pinecrest Cemetery.
