Herman MCKINNON

Peacefully on Wednesday, August 21, 2002, Herman McKinnon of Greely at the age of 83 years. Beloved husband of the late Agnes (Birch). He will be greatly missed by his children; Brenda (Mike Vezina) of Greely, Edna (Ken Watson) of Ottawa, Mark (Liz) of B.C. and Blair (Colleen Patenaude) of Greely. Loving grandfather of Todd, Heather (Brian Miklaucic), Cheryl, Sean (Shana) and Scott and great-grandfather of Matthew, Nicholas, Melissa and Alyson. Brother of Otis (Ruby), Morley and Daisy. Special thanks to the staff of the Dialysis Unit of the Ottawa Hospital-General Campus and the Perley and Rideau Veterans Health Centre. Family and friends may pay their respects at the Duncan Funeral Home, Chapel and Reception Centre, 6971 Bank Street (formerly Highway 31, between Scrivens Drive and Metcalfe Corner) after 10 a.m. Saturday, where service will be held in the Chapel at 11 a.m. Cremation Capital Memorial Gardens.
