At Broadview Nursing Centre, Smiths Falls, on Thursday, August 22, 2002. Mary "Peg" Eleanor (Purcell) Flanagan, in her 106th year, wife of the late Bill Flanagan. Loved mother of Joan (the late Dr. John) Hogan of Smiths Falls. Cherished grandmother of Matthew, John, Maire, Cathy, Michael, Patrick and Edmund. Also survived by 11 great-grandchildren. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, Smiths Falls, from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Francis de Sales Church on Saturday, August 24, 2002, at 9:00 a.m. Interment Capital Memorial Gardens. The Ottawa Citizen, 23-08-2002
