In hospital at Ottawa with her family by her side on Saturday, August 24, 2002. Sylvia S. Spinks of Almonte, age 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Robert "Bob" Robinson and dearly loved mother of Nina and Bob (Joan) of Almonte and Don of Ottawa. Predeceased by her son Bill. Dear sister of Mrs. Edith Pilon (Pierre) of Waltham, Quebec. Predeceased by 5 sisters and 4 brothers. Also survived by 4 grandchildren, Martin, Elizabeth, Robert and Jamie and by 2 great-grandchildren Taylar and Josh. A private family Service was held in the C.R. Gamble Funeral Home Chapel 127 Church Street, Almonte on Tuesday, August 27 at 2 p.m. The Ven. Rev. Rob Davis officiating. Interment Auld Kirk Cemetery, Almonte. The Ottawa Citizen, 28-08-2002
