Yvonne GREAVES

Passed away on Sunday, September 1st in her parents' home at age 62 after a courageous battle against lung cancer. Yvonne's latest professional role was as a human resources manager with the Toronto Community Housing Corporation. She enjoyed many other professional roles in her life, including sign language teacher and interpreter; television weather announcer, model, and nurse. Her most cherished role, however, was as the mother of her beloved daughter Natasha. Yvonne also leaves parents Elaine and Jan Mout, sister Cornelia, brothers Robert and Antonio and their spouses, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 7th at 2:00 p.m. in the Willowdale Christian Reformed Church, 70 Hilda Avenue. In lieu of flowers, Yvonne and her family would appreciated donations to The Princess Margaret Hospital Palliative Care Unit, 610 University Avenue, Toronto, On. Very special thanks to Dr. Frances Shepherd, oncology R.N. Gerry Prendergast, Dr.s Zimmerman and Huggins and the staff of 14C and the many friends who helped care for our precious Yvonne in her brave and dignified last months.
