On Thursday, September 5, 2002, Cecilia Hilda (Dixon) in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Cyril Edward Strickland. Dear mother of Lynne (Tom Cahill) of Greely, Terry Strickland (Linda) and Lee Ann Hughes, all of Ottawa. Loving grandmother of Sheila (Terry Kehoe), Pat Cahill (Debra), Mike Cahill (Sue), Kevin Cahill (Stacey) and Cory Strickland (Chrissy) and great-grandmother of Jessica and Craig Kehoe. Sister of Percy Dixon. Predeceased by 14 brothers and sisters. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Duncan Funeral Home, 6971 Bank Street, (formerly Highway 31, between Scrivens Drive and Metcalfe Corner, three miles south of Greely) from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Sunday. Funeral Monday in the Chapel for Service at 12:30 p.m. Interment Pinecrest Cemetery. Donations made to Carleton Lodge Donor's Trust, R.R. # 2, Nepean, would be most appreciated.
