Betty Edna HORSLEY

(nee Horsley) died peacefully at Rideaucrest Home, Kingston, after a long illness. Betty (24 March 1924 - 11 September 2002) was born in Trenton, Ontario and retired in Kingston after residing in many locations in Canada and the US. She was wife of 59 years to Alec who died on 2 May, 2002. She was mother of Steve (Pat Holt) and grandmother of Michael, all of Reston, Virginia. Predeceased by her parents, Carl Horsley (1979) and Edna Malloy (1987), sister Irene Purcell (1999), brother Reginald (1943) and Jan (1944). Survived by brothers Douglas (Marilyn Belding) of Kingston, Frederic (Lois Richardson) of Fredericton, NB and Charles (Geraldine Marin) of Miramichi, NB. In accordance with Betty's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 16, 2002 at 11 a.m. at the Township Chapel of the Gordon F.
