Dr. Born April 15, 1911, passed away in Montreal, peacefully on Sunday, September 15, 2002. He is survived by his wife Dora (Mitz) Bakish, his son Dr. David Bakish, his daughter-in-law Margaret (Hellstronm) Bakish and his three devoted grandchildren Jaimie Danielle, Mark Nicholas, and Joseph Erik. Uncle of Robert and Rosette Bakish. Predeceased by his eight siblings. He will be sadly missed by his family, friends, former colleagues and patients. Many thanks to his doctors, nurses and social worker. Funeral Service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West, Montreal, on Tuesday, September 17, at 12:15 p.m. In lieu of gifts and flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Royal Ottawa Hospital, Psycho-Geriatric Clinic.
