Age 58. Of Hoover, Alabama. Born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, Canada. Passed away at home, in Hoover, on Sunday, September 15, 2002. Mary leaves behind her beloved husband, Allan Dickieson, of Calgary, Alberta, Canada; four children, Allan, Sean, Mary and Anne; 12 grandchildren; and her sister, Patricia McNamara. She was a parishioner of St. Peter the Apostle Roman Catholic Church in Hoover. Mary's passion in life was to spread the love of Jesus to everyone she met. Her love has touched the lives of many people in both Canada and the United States. Mary is an inspiration and an example of Christ's love for all. She is now a saint united with Christ in Heaven. Services will be Thursday, September 19 at 10 a.m. at St. Peter the Apostle Roman Catholic Church with visitation at the church Wednesday, September 18 from 6 to 7 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. Prayer Service.
