After a courageous battle Gertrude Goldstein beloved wife of the late Jack Goldstein. Peacefully passed away at Hillel Lodge on Saturday, September 21, 2002. Loving mother of Ernest and Ray, Diane and Allen. Cherished grandmother of Naomi (Dave), Corey (Kristen), Elissa (Jeff) and Lauren. Great-grandmother of Kaitlin and Jillian. Dear sister of Is (Maureen), the late Jen, the late Ethyl Lightstone (the late Mannie) and Bernie (Adele). Funeral Service was held at the Jewish Memorial Chapel, 1771 Cuba Avenue on Monday, September 23, 2002 at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at the Jewish Community Cemetery, Bank Street. Shiva at 5 Benlea Drive, Nepean from September 29 to October 4, 2002. Special thanks to the caring and compassionate nursing staff at Hillel Lodge, Mariel and Shala.
