Peacefully at Orchard View Living Centre on Monday, September 30, 2002. Alice Norine Edward at the age of 82 years. Beloved wife of the late Val Devooght. Dear mother of Julia Hunt (Tom) of Richmond, B.C., Kim Devooght (Trudy-Anne) of Manotick and the late Charles Devooght. Loving grandma of Tyler, Steven, Angela and Mark. Fondly remembered by daughter-in-law Bernice Devooght. Predeceased by daughter-in-law Susan Newton. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at a Memorial Service on Saturday, October 5, 2002 at 4 p.m. in the Hunt Club Chapel of McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road at Albion Road.
