(nee Watt) Peacefully on Monday, September 30, 2002, in Kanata, in her 91st year. Loving wife of Reg for 68 years. Mother of Brenda Reid (Brian), Merrickville, ON, and Gordon (Elizabeth) of Charlottetown, PEI. Dear sister of Janet (Nettie) Garvin, Jane (Bunty) McAran and Len Watt. Loving Grandma of Donna Tolusso (Sergio), Karen Brule (Mark) and Ian McCuaig (Suanne). Nana of Maureen, Christina and Sharon Lang. Great-grandma of Christian and Leandra Tolusso, Owen and Madeleine Brule. Step-grandma of Michael Reid and Katherine Reid Coulombe and her family. A friendly, outgoing personality, a "dear lady", Bertha was a proud Dunfermline Scot, who loved music and the Arts. She was devoted to her church; St. Andrew's Presbyterian in St. Lambert, QC, for 60 years and at Knox Presbyterian in Ottawa for the last 6 years. Friends may gather for a memorial visitation at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Rd (between Bayshore Dr. and Baseline Rd.) on Thursday from 10 a.m. until time of memorial service in the chapel at 12 noon.
