Peacefully at home on Friday, October 4, 2002 at the age of 63. Beloved husband of Betty (nee Smirle). Loving father to Debi (Glendon Shay) and Terry (Christine). Cherished grandfather of Laura, Sarah, Meghan, Courtney, Kaitlin, and Jordan. Survived by sister Marlene (Donnie Irven). Predeceased by brothers Bernice, Basil (Shirley), Clifford (Freida), and Bert (Marie). Friends may pay their respects at the Chesterville Funeral Home, 62 Queen St., Chesterville, on Sunday, October 6, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The service will take place in the Chapel of the funeral home on Monday, October 7 at 11 a.m. with burial to follow at Maple Ridge Cemetery, Chesterville.
