PhD, B.Sc. It is with sadness that we announce the sudden death of David Hall of Toronto, Ontario on Tuesday October 8, 2002 at his home. David Hall age 63 years is survived by sons Andy and Eric, their mother Phyllis Calvert, brothers George (Lesley), John (Carol), Richard and Warren, sisters Carol Jackson (Howie) and Judy. Predeceased by mother Mildred Edey, father Allen, step-mother Laura Larter, brother Fred Kinsey (Margaret) and sister Pamela Kinsey (Terry Seaver).
