Helen M. MATHESON

(Nee Matheson) Peacefully in hospital on October 10, 2002, surrounded by family. Helen Belair. Beloved wife and best friend for 55 years of Lucien. Terrific mother of Jane (Claude), Mark (Patricia) and Leslie (Ed). Adored grandmother of seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Also survived by sisters Hazel (the late Jake Legere) and Phyllis (the late Earl Fullerton). Predeceased by daughter Linda, sisters Ethel and brothers Clarence (Jeannette) and Douglas (Frances). A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday October 12th at 11:00 a.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, 107 Main St. followed by a reception at the house afterwards. Grateful thanks to the superb staff of the Ottawa General Hospital. No flowers, but donations to the Canadian Cancer Society appreciated by the family. The Ottawa Citizen, 11-10-2002
