Passed away peacefully October 10, 2002 at the age of 78. Beloved husband of Sophie, loving father of daughters Jeanne Payne and Dale Poulter (Bart) and son Reg (Connie), loved grandfather of Melissa Payne and Sean Poulter. Also survived by brothers Don and Bert of St. John's, Newfoundland and many nephews and nieces. A Memorial Service will be held at the Pinecrest Cemetery Chapel (2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa) on Saturday, October 12, 2002 at 3 p.m. Friends may visit prior to the Memorial Service.
