Mary Theresa SMITH

(nee Smith) On Saturday, October 13, 2002 at the age of 68 years after a lengthy illness. Theresa Leonard of 4th Kenyon Road of Greenfield, ON, formerly of Ottawa died peacefully in her sleep in hospital. Beloved wife of Harry (Sonny) Leonard, formerly of Vankleek Hill. Cherished daughter of Mrs. Mary Smith of the Community Nursing Home in Alexandria and the late Alex Smith, formerly of Greenfield. Loving mother of Debbie (Keith) McPherson of St. Eugene, ON, Kevin (Kelli), Dale, Kerry, David, Doug (Linda) Leonard all of Ottawa. Dear sister of Bill (Mary) Smith of Little Current, ON, Nancy (Gilbert) Ripley and Jack (Annette) Smith both of Greenfield, Ron (Mary) Smith of Kingston. Loving grandmother of Shawnna, Mathew, Jamie and Scott McPherson, Ryan and Derek Leonard, Sarah, Jenny and Ashley Leonard and twins, Bradley and Brendon Leonard. Alexandria Branch, 114 Main Street South Alexandria on Wednesday from 2 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Catherine of Sienna Catholic Church, Greenfield, ON on Thursday, October 17, 2002 at 11 a.m. Interment, St. Catherine of Sienna Parish Cemetery. The family will be in attendance from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Thursday. Donations to the Alzheimer society would be appreciated by the family.
