Peacefully in his sleep, at home on October 14, 2002 in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Rose and loving father of Sarah (Pierre Clement) and Julia Nunes (Scott Simmie). Cherished grandfather of Sam, Nickie and Helen Clement. Predeceased by his sisters Kathleen Noronha and Olga Todd. He leaves behind his sister Maggie, his brother Rosario and many nieces and nephews. Friends may visit at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road, Ottawa on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 10 a.m. in St. Bernard's Church.
