Peacefully at Lakeridge Health-Oshawa on Monday, October 14, 2002 at the age of 84. Survived by his wife Evelyn; daughter Joan Amyot, son Tony and his wife Gaetane; granddaughter Kathy and her husband Rick and great-granddaughter Zoe, grandson David and his wife Nancy and great-grandson Jack. In respecting Thomas' wishes, a Private Family Service will be held. If desired, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, the Alzheimer Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association may be made through OSHAWA FUNERAL SERVICE, "Thornton Chapel" 847 King Street West.
