Peacefully on Monday, October 21, 2002 at the age of 71. Beloved husband of Rita (Bielawski). Loving father of Nelson (Wendy) of Alliston and Braden of North Gower. Cherished grandpa of Tyler. Dear brother of Roma Mason (Bill), Ola Burnett (the late Keith), Shirley Brown (the late John), Bryan (Anne), Barry (Lorraine), Dawna Armstrong (Doug) and David. Loving uncle of many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents James and Annie Dodd and sisters Beulah Eveline (the late Emory) and Betty Alder (the late Bill). Special thanks to the staff at the Township of Osgoode Care Centre for their loving care and support. Friends may call at the Rideau Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 1610 Roger Stevens Drive, Kars (East of Hwy 416) on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be held at St. Philip's Roman Catholic Church, Richmond on Thursday at 2 p.m. Interment Parish Cemetery.
