Student of Glebe Collegiate Part-time employee of Kettlenman's Bagel Co. Member of Ontario Junior Table Tennis Team Accidentally, on Friday, October 25, 2002 at the age of 18. Dearly loved son of Tom Rankin and Jacquie Mansell and cherished big brother of Zac. Beloved grandson of Donald Rankin of Manotick and Beatrice Mansell of Maple Ridge, B.C. Jesse will be sadly missed by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Friends may visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street, on Tuesday, October 29 from 1 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, October 30 at 4 p.m. For those wishing, donations to the Canadian Table Tennis Association Champlain Junior Program, 1125 Colonel By Drive, Suite 2800, CTTC Building, Ottawa, would be appreciated by the family.
