Phyllis Jean KIRK

On Thursday, October 31, 2002, Phyllis passed away peacefully at the age of 77 years at the Foothills Hospital, Calgary. She was the beloved daughter of the late Ernest and Jessie (Johns) Kirk and dear sister of Edward (Gertrude). She was predeceased by sister Mary and brothers Lloyd, Harold, Ernest and sister-in-law Sheila. She is survived by sisters-in-law Kathleen (Kae) and Joan of Ottawa, 12 nephews and nieces and 16 great-nephews and nieces and special friends Mary, Bridget and Fiona. She was a member of Confederation Park Seniors Choir and Hillhurst United Church. Grateful thanks to special friends, caregivers and staff of Cross Bow and Foothills Hospitals. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, November 7, at 1:30 p.m. at the Hillhurst United Church. Cremation, as requested, and burial in Rideau Vale Cemetery, Kars, Ontario.
