Anna Groom of Merrickville, age 78 at Hilltop Manor Nursing Home on November 5, 2002. Beloved wife of the late Major W.J.A. (Bill) Groom. Loving mother of Maria Harrison (Bev) of Merrickville and Kathleen Stewart (Bruce) of Edmonton. Cherished grandmother of Deborah, Bradley, Paige, Ted, Sarah, Michael and Christopher. Great-grandmother of Jamie, Emma, Madelyn, Samuel, Oliver, Samantha, Taylor and Jordan. Predeceased by son Nicholas and granddaughter Tara. Visitation will be held at Grant Brown Funeral Home Rolston Chapel, Kemptville on Saturday, November 9, from noon to 2 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of the Funeral Home on Saturday at 2 p.m. Donations to Hilltop Manor Nursing Home or Royal Ottawa Ottawa.
