Peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday November 13, 2002 at age 76. Sister of the late Hazel and Lloyd McElroy. Sister-in-law of Phyllis. Friends may visit at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Rd. (between Bayshore Dr. and Baseline Rd.) on Friday November 15, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday November 16, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., with Funeral Service following in the Chapel. Interment Pinecrest Cemetery. A special thank you to Shirley's many caring friends for their support and assistance.
