(nee Hellyer) McConnell. 1917-2002. It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Eunice Perowne; peacefully at Lac Marois on Saturday November 16, 2002. War widow of Russ McConnell. Loving wife of fifty seven years to Ronald Herbert Perowne. Mother of JoAnn (Derek Guthrie), Cathy (Pat Patterson), Elaine (Austin Metze), Ron (Gail Murphy) and Ian. Grandmother of Kelly (David), Chrissie (Todd), Holly (Amos), Ryan, Chris (Jen), Jimmy, Charlie (Denise), Fred, Lisa, Gregory and Eric. Adoring great-grandmother of six. Pre-deceased by brothers Bud and Ian. Survived by brother Roy. Eunie lived her life to the fullest! She found joy in her gardens, her books, in playing tennis and golf, but her passion for her grandchildren, her family and friends will be her legacy. She loved, and is loved in return. A service will be held in Eunie's honour at the Mount-Royal United Church, 1800 Graham Blvd., T.M.R. on Saturday November 23, 2002. The Montreal Gazette, 20-11-2002
