Retired Agriculture Canada Peacefully on Monday, November 18, 2002 at Extendicare Starwood. Beloved husband of Audrey (nee Fleming). Loving father of Lynne Millar (Ron) and Elaine Armstrong (David). Dear grandfather of Laura Lynne. Predeceased by his brother Ernest and his sisters Anna, Jean and Florence. Friends may visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Ave. at Richmond Road, Ottawa, on Saturday, November 23, 2002 after 10 a.m. until service time in the Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment Pinecrest Cemetery. For those wishing memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Family Support Group of Extendicare Starwood would be appreciated by the family.
