Passed away peacefully Tuesday, November 19, 2002 at the Ottawa General Campus with his beloved wife Ruth at his side. Cherished father of Sherri (Gerry Thompson) and Scott. Predeceased by his son Shawn. Syd will be missed very much by Craig (Michele), Karen (Tom) and Glen (Lori). He was a wonderful grandpa to Sarah, Amanda, Seth, Kyle, Melissa and Annabel. Funeral Services will be held at Christ Church Bells Corners, 3861 Richmond Rd., at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, November 23. Donations to World Vision Canada or Christ Church Bells Corners.
