(Retired, 35 years service with the Ontario Ministry of Correctional Services) Peacefully at home in Smiths Falls on Friday November 22, 2002 after a courageous struggle with cancer, Reg Giff in his 65th year. Beloved husband of Erma. Devoted and much loved father of Wendy Harper and her husband Dee of Perth and Terry Giff and his wife Cheryl of Smiths Falls. Dear stepfather of Steven Barkley and his wife Bonnie of Morrisburg and Terry Barkley (Chantel) of Orleans. Cherished grandfather of Justin and Brianne Harper, Makayla and Dustin Giff, Nicholas Barkley, Mike and Abby McCann and the late Jordan and Jenna Harper. Dear brother of Lorne and Betty Giff of Perth, Jerry Giff (Shirley) of Sudbury and Joanne Graham of Smiths Falls. Reg will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Lannin Funeral Home in Smiths Falls on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday November 25, 2002 at 11 a.m. Interment Hillcrest Cemetery.
