Suddenly, at home, Sunday, November 24, 2002. Left to mourn is wife Judy (Goodall), son Scott and daughter Bonnie. Also survived by his mother Betty, brothers Jim and Keith and sisters Alison, Mary-Jane, Carolyn and Jennifer. Please join with Joe's family and friends to celebrate his life on Saturday, December 14, 2002 from 12 noon to 4 p.m at the Kipp residence, 16 Tripp Crescent, Nepean.
