Long-time employee of Canada Post Peacefully, on Tuesday, December 3, 2002, at the Ottawa General Hospital, in her 88th year. Daughter of the late John and Mabel McElroy. Dear sister of James, Mary, Anne Taylor, Catherine Mulligan, Brenda McNulty and the late Jack. Loving aunt of Patricia and Andrew. A cherished friend and cousin of Margaret Hollingsworth. Special aunt to Lois Simmons, Ann, Doug and Bill Hollingsworth. Auntie "Mac" touched the lives of many friends and family and will be remembered for her love and support. Friends may visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue at Richmond Rd., on Thursday, December 5 from 12 noon until Funeral Service in the Chapel at 1 p.m. Private interment Beechwood Cemetery at a later date.
