Peacefully in hospital on Tuesday, December 3, 2002, Richard Payea of Maberly in his 78th year. Beloved husband of Ina MacDonald. Loved father of Nancy Allan (Gary) of Maberly, Judy Payea (Ron) of Kaladar, Charlene Payea (Travis) of Maberly and Cheryl Baird (Les) of McDonald's Corners. Fondly remembered by his 10 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. Dear brother of Elsie Bartraw of Watson's Corners, Hilda Cabana of Quebec and Hazel Hamilton of Carleton Place. Predeceased by brothers Willard and sisters Victoria Bertram and Orphy Dunham. Friends may pay their respects at the Perth & District Funeral Home Chapel and Reception Centre 15 Victoria Street, Perth on Thursday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday, December 6, 2002 at 11 a.m. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
